We do not actively target or solicit properties in foreclosure. However, we can and do work with sellers facing this unfortunate situation. This is becoming more and more common in the Covid era.

There are options for sellers in this situation, and selling is not always the best one. We understand how difficult and stressful this situation can be. If you are in foreclosure, or feel at risk of being in foreclosure, some or all of these options may be available to you. No one ever buys a house planning to be in foreclosure, and many in the industry do not understand the process or the options. If you want to find some of those options your lender or Google can be a great resource.
